Refund policy

Refund Policy The British Language Centre is committed to delivering high-quality educational services. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the following policy: Before the Course Starts Students may request a refund before the official start date of a course or programme. All requests are subject to review and approval in accordance with BLC’s refund policy. After the Course Starts Once a student has attended the first class, accessed the online learning materials, or the course has officially commenced, tuition fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by the British Language Centre. Course Cancellation by BLC If a course is cancelled by the British Language Centre, students may choose either: • A full refund of all fees paid; or • Transfer to another available course of equivalent value. Refund Processing Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
