Use of the Platform The platform provides educational and training services, including but not limited to: • English language courses • Professional development programmes • Placement tests • Online learning resources • Electronic certificates • Online course registration 2. User Accounts Users agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information; • Keep their login credentials confidential; • Not share their account with any other person. Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account. 3. Registration and Payment • Registration is completed online through the platform. • Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment. • All fees are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). • BLC reserves the right to amend course fees at any time without affecting confirmed enrolments. 4. Courses and Certification • Course duration and requirements vary according to each programme. • Students must successfully complete all course requirements to receive a certificate. • BLC reserves the right to invalidate assessment results where cheating, impersonation, or academic misconduct is identified. 5. Intellectual Property All content available on the platform, including but not limited to videos, learning materials, digital books, assessments, logos, graphics, images, software, trademarks, and course content, is the exclusive property of the British Language Centre or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or sold without prior written permission from BLC. 6. Prohibited Activities Users must not: • Share their account with others; • Copy, record, reproduce, or distribute any course materials; • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its security; • Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. 7. Account Suspension or Termination BLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a user: • Violates these Terms and Conditions; • Provides false or misleading information; • Misuses the platform; • Infringes intellectual property rights; • Attempts unauthorised access to the platform. 8. Limitation of Liability While BLC makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not guarantee continuous availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 9. Amendments BLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
